Blend grew out of Blend Bazaar, our creator festival. Today it is a community, a content team, and a campus crew for young creators in India.

Creator Hub

We Run It Through Creator Hub

Creator Hub is our own platform, already built. One place for everything: the roster, the briefs, and the numbers.

Onboard

Each creator gets a profile by area, college, and city. Setup and guidelines are a checklist they finish before the first brief.

Brief and deploy

Briefs go out with theme, area, and deadline. We always know who is covering what, and where.

Track

We log posts, stamps, and places per creator. Leaderboards and the weekly report come straight from it.

Pay and retain

We pay stipends and rewards through the Hub, with proper invoices. If someone goes quiet, we replace them from the waitlist.

We take this into colleges through our campus crew. This is what we would build, not what exists today.

Fest takeovers

Cultural, tech, and sports fests covered live by creator teams. Fest season runs most of the year.

Stamp rallies

City treasure hunts around each campus: set spots, one weekend, prizes for a full passport. It turns first-time posters into regulars.

First on the map

A race to put a college's area on the map first. Founding status, badges, and buzz that pulls in nearby colleges.

Inter-college challenges

Delhi vs Mumbai vs Bangalore feed challenges. Monthly themes, public leaderboards, shared winners.
