Tessarakt × Atmosfy

A curated creator pipeline for Atmosfy in India.

Tessarakt is an experience company. For eight years we have run events, built a creator community called Blend, and built the technology behind them. This is a proposal to grow Atmosfy's live video in India with creators we recruit, train, and hold to a standard.

Events & Production

Tessarakt

Brand launches, annual days, leadership summits, concerts, and multi-city rollouts. We also produce gaming and culture events with NODWIN, ESL India, DreamHack, and the India Film Project.

Community & Creators

Blend

Our creator community and campus crew, aimed at young creators across India. This is the arm that fits Atmosfy.

Technology & Data

Experite

The technology we build for our own events: check-in, fan apps, gifting, and the data layer underneath. Live with clients like Zomato and Siemens.

Our View

Community Activation Is Where Events Are Going

Running hundreds of events taught us one thing. A campaign reaches people once. A community keeps making content every week. That is why we built Blend, and why working with Atmosfy makes sense for both of us.

The Community Arm

Blend Is Our Creator Community

Blend grew out of Blend Bazaar, our creator culture festival. Today it is a community, a content team, and a campus crew, all built around young creators in India.

Blend Community

Creators across 8 areas: food, music, film, media, fashion, art, gaming, and slow living. They already film the places they go to.

Blend Crew

Our campus program of student creators and entrepreneurs in residence. Five are active today, built to grow across campuses. Members get briefs, mentoring, and paid brand work.

Blend Studio

Our content team. They set the formats, train creators, and check the work, so the quality holds up as more creators come in.

What we have done so far: the Blend Bazaar festival, two creator cohorts, and campus events. Small in scale, but enough to show the model works before we grow it.

Where We Can Help

Quality You Can License

Atmosfy's content is licensed commercially, so quality matters more than reach. The way to keep it high is to shape who creates and how they are briefed, before they post, rather than filter after the fact. That is what a curated community gives you.

Trained onboarding

Creators join through a set template with clear do's and don'ts, so they know what good looks like before they post.

Entry by profile

We open access by area and creator type, not to everyone at once, so the right people come in first.

Ongoing cleanup

Inactive and off-brief profiles are removed on a schedule, so the content stays relevant to the place it is tagged to.

Community moderation

Our student community can moderate content at low cost, the way large platforms run moderation teams out of India.

What We Propose

A Curated Pipeline, Run End to End

We recruit and train creators, send them out with clear briefs, and keep them active. The rewards run on Atmosfy's existing system. We bring the supply and the standard.

01 · CAPTURE

Film real places

Trained creators go to real spots: street food lanes, cafes, gigs, college fests, markets. They film and post live, right then.

02 · STAMP

Stamp the city

Every post earns a stamp in the Travel Passport. Cities fill up, and creators build a record of where they have been.

03 · EARN

Earn for showing up

Credits come from the content, not from follower count. Creators do not need a big following to earn, which is why it works for students.

04 · COMPETE

Compete and stay active

Leaderboards by batch, college, and city keep people posting week after week, without paid pushes.

Creator Hub

We Run It Through Creator Hub

Creator Hub is our own platform, already built. Every creator works from it, so from day one there is one place for everything: one list of people, one brief board, and one place the numbers come from.

Onboard

Each creator gets a profile with their area, college, and city. Atmosfy setup, content guidelines, and account linking are a simple checklist they finish before the first brief.

Brief and deploy

Briefs go out with theme, area, what to post, and by when. Creators pick them up in the Hub, so we always know who is covering what, and where, that week.

Track

Posts, stamps, and places covered are logged for each creator. Leaderboards and the weekly report for Atmosfy come straight from this, not from chasing people.

Pay and retain

Stipends, bonuses, and rewards are paid through the Hub with proper invoices. If someone goes quiet, we spot it early and bring in someone from the same college's waitlist.

Proposed

Activation Across Campuses

We propose taking this into colleges through our campus crew. The reach below is what we are building toward, not what exists today. Our target network is 500 colleges, grown in waves.

Fest takeovers

Cultural fests, tech fests, and sports meets, covered live by creator teams. One fest can produce a lot of located video in a weekend, and fest season runs most of the year.

Stamp rallies

City treasure hunts around each campus: a set of spots, one weekend, prizes for a full passport. This is what turns first-time posters into regular ones.

First on the map

Launch drops where a college works to put its area on Atmosfy first. Founding-creator status, badges, and the kind of buzz that gets nearby colleges interested.

Inter-college challenges

Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore city feed challenges. Monthly themes, public leaderboards, and winners announced on both Blend and Atmosfy.

An Idea To Build On

Let Brands Sponsor the Rewards

Atmosfy already rewards creators. Lifestyle brands can fund those rewards in return for the content they want. We have the brand relationships to set this up.

Category rewards

A bike video earns a Royal Enfield reward, a food video earns a food brand reward, matched to what is in the clip through video tagging.

Brand campaigns

A brand asks for specific footage, like a ride this weekend or a new dish, and rewards the creators who deliver. Real footage from real people, captured live.

We bring the brands

Royal Enfield, Himalaya, and others already work with Tessarakt. We can introduce them to Atmosfy as reward partners.

What We Can Start With

Start With Blend Community

The quickest first step is an exclusive program for our Blend community. We point them to Atmosfy, you extend a reward, and every signup is tracked back to us.

An exclusive offer

A reason for Blend creators to join Atmosfy, with something extra that only our community gets.

Tracked signups

QR codes and affiliate links show exactly who came from Blend, so the value is measured, not assumed.

A low-risk start

Small, measurable, and live quickly, so we can both see how it lands before any bigger commitment.

A Hypothesis We Are Putting Forward

India's Value Includes Its Reach Beyond India

This is our thesis, not your data. Around 36 million Indians live outside India, in high-spend markets. Every creator onboarded here can connect to that network.

Low cost here

Acquiring creators in India costs far less than in the US or Europe, so the base grows cheaply.

High value abroad

Each Indian user links to friends and family in the US, Canada, Singapore, and the UK, where spend is higher.

Others did it

LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok built India networks partly to reach the diaspora. The same play fits Atmosfy.

Proposed

How We Can Work Together

Three steps, from a small start to a full operating partnership. Each step is sized so we both learn before the next.

Step 1
Now

An exclusive Blend program

We run an offer for our Blend community, you extend an Atmosfy reward, and we track every signup. Small, quick, and measurable.

Step 2
Next

We run the curated pipeline

We recruit, train, and manage creators through Creator Hub, and take campus activation off your plate. You get a steady stream of clean, located content.

Step 3
Later

Your India layer

We become your curation, moderation, and brand-activation partner for India, including brand-funded rewards and content cleanup at scale.

The Pilot

Start With a Pilot

A small, measured pilot in three cities, with the numbers reviewed every week.

1
Clear quality bar, set with you

We track creators active, posts per creator, stamps earned, new places mapped, and how clean the content stays. If it works, we scale through the steps above. If not, we both learned at low cost.
