A Proposal From Blend

India's Creative Community, Live on Atmosfy.

Atmosfy is mapping the world through live video. Blend is a creator community in India, with a content team and ambassadors across 500 colleges. We want to help fill India's cities on your map, with creators who actually know these places.

Who We Are

Blend Is India's Creator Ecosystem

Blend helps young creators in India turn their work into a business. Three parts of Blend matter most for this rollout.

Blend Community

Creators across 8 areas: food, music, film, media, fashion, art, gaming, and slow living. They already film the places they go to.

Blend Crew

Our paid program for student creators, now in its second batch. Members get briefs, mentoring, and paid brand work. This is where Atmosfy fits in.

Blend Studio

Our content team. They set the formats, train creators, and check the work, so the quality holds up as more creators come in.

Why Now

Why This Works Now

Your momentum

India is your second fastest growing market. You have mapped 100M+ places across 20,000+ cities, and 1 in 3 of your users already post. With more cities, more people, and more going on every day than almost anywhere, India has the room to become one of your biggest markets.

Our community

Blend creators are young and live on their phones, and they already film the places they eat at, play at, and hang out in. With a platform that rewards posting, they will do it more often, which gives you a steady stream of good content from the places that count.

Our plan is to start small, see what works, and grow from there. Everything below is built that way.

The Idea

A Simple Loop, Run by Blend Crew

Here is how it runs on top of Blend Crew. Creators go out, film live at real places, earn stamps and travel credits, and compete by batch and by college. The rewards run on your existing system, and our job is to bring the creators and keep them posting.

01 · CAPTURE

Go live from real places

We send creators to spots on the map: street food lanes, cafes, gigs, college fests, markets. They film and post live on Atmosfy, right then.

02 · STAMP

Stamp the city

Every post earns a stamp in the Travel Passport. Cities fill up over time, and creators build a map of everywhere they have been.

03 · EARN

Get rewarded for showing up

Credits come from the content, not from follower count, and can be used for Expedia, SeatGeek, and GetYourGuide rewards. You do not need to be a big influencer to earn, which is why it works for students.

04 · COMPETE

Batches and colleges compete

Leaderboards by batch, college, and city. Each week the top creators get featured, prizes, and Crew points. A bit of competition keeps people posting week after week.

What Gets Created

Eight Areas, Matched to Your Categories

Each Blend area lines up with a content type on Atmosfy, so between them the creators cover every kind of place.

Foods Street food lanes, late night eats, cafes, regional thalis, and food festivals. The busiest kind of content in every Indian city.
Music Indie gigs, open mics, club nights, and college band battles. Live video is the best way to capture live music.
Film and Media City stories, neighbourhood walks, hidden spots, and event coverage. People with a good eye for what makes a place worth a visit.
Fashion Street markets, thrift shops, pop ups, and designer studios, from Sarojini Nagar to Colaba Causeway.
Art and Gaming Galleries, street art, gaming cafes, conventions, and exhibitions. The places young people actually spend time.
Slow Living Parks, heritage walks, weekend trips, and wellness spots. Useful for travellers as much as locals.
Rollout

We Roll It Out in Three Phases

Crew Integration

Atmosfy Becomes a Mission in Blend Crew

Blend Crew already runs on weekly missions, points, and shout-outs, so the Atmosfy work fits in as another set of missions, this time about places to visit and film.

Weekly stamp quests

Every week of the batch has an Atmosfy mission: a theme, an area, and a number of posts. The stamps and credits count towards their Crew progress.

Leaderboards and spotlights

Leaderboards by batch and college on stamps, watch time, and how much of the city is covered. The best creators get featured on Blend and in Atmosfy city feeds.

Studio quality loop

Blend Studio trains the formats, checks a sample of each week's posts, and shares what is working. The content stays good as the group grows.

Creator Hub

Ambassadors Run Through Creator Hub

Creator Hub is Blend's own platform. Every ambassador works from it, so from day one there is one place for everything: one list of people, one mission board, and one place the numbers come from.

Onboard

Each ambassador gets a Creator Hub profile with their area, college, and city. Atmosfy setup, content guidelines, and account linking are a simple checklist they finish before the first mission.

Deploy

Atmosfy missions go out as clear briefs: theme, area, what to post, by when. Ambassadors pick them up in the Hub, so we always know who is covering what, and where, that week.

Track

Posts, stamps, and places covered are logged for each ambassador. The leaderboards and the weekly report for Atmosfy come straight from this, not from chasing people.

Pay and retain

Stipends, bonuses, and rewards are paid through the Hub with proper invoices. If someone goes quiet, we spot it early and bring in someone from the same college's waitlist.

Campus Activation

Activation Across 500 Colleges

Indian campuses have something on all year. Every event is a chance for a lot of live, located video.

Fest takeovers

Cultural fests, tech fests, and sports meets, covered live by ambassador teams. One fest can make hundreds of located videos in a weekend, and fest season runs most of the year.

Stamp rallies

City treasure hunts around each campus: 10 spots, one weekend, prizes for a full passport. This is what turns first-time posters into regular ones.

First on the map

Launch drops where a college tries to put its area on Atmosfy first. Founding-creator status, special badges, and the kind of buzz that gets nearby colleges interested.

Inter-college challenges

Delhi vs Mumbai vs Bangalore city feed challenges. Monthly themes, public leaderboards, and winners announced on both Blend and Atmosfy.

Creating the Moment

How We Build the Buzz

Founding 100

The first 100 creators get founding status: numbered badges, early access, and a say in how the India plan shapes up. Limited seats give people a reason to jump in early.

City race weeks

One city in the spotlight each week of the pilot. Creators flood it, the feed fills up, and the recap becomes the example for the next city.

Reward drops

Credit boosts, fest ticket giveaways, and partner perks, announced in Crew channels first, so creators hear it from the community.

The Fit

What Each Side Brings

Blend brings

  • Creators ready to go: Crew batches plus ambassadors in 500 colleges
  • Training, formats, and a weekly quality check from our Studio
  • On-the-ground campus activity: fests, rallies, and challenges
  • One partner to deal with, one weekly report, real numbers

Atmosfy brings

  • The app and the rewards: stamps, credits, Travel Passport
  • Creator support: onboarding access and rewards that make sense for India
  • A place to feature the best community content in city feeds
  • A shared look at the data, so we both learn what India likes
The Pilot

An 8 Week Pilot With 50 Creators

A small, tight 8 week pilot, with the numbers on the table every week.

50
Crew creators in week 1
3
Cities: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore
1,500+
Live videos over the pilot
8
Weeks to a go or no-go call

We track how many creators are active, how many videos each posts a week, stamps earned, new places mapped, and how many are still going at week 4. If the numbers look good, Phase 2 starts with the team already in place. If they do not, we stop early and keep what we learned.
