Atmosfy is video mapping the world. Blend is India's creative entrepreneurship ecosystem with a creator community, a content studio, and a campus network reaching 500 colleges. Together we can put India's cities on the live video map, with the right creators doing it.
Blend takes young Indian creators from "I have an idea" to "I have a business." Three parts of the ecosystem are directly relevant to this rollout.
Blend Community
Creators across 8 tracks: foods, music, film, media, fashion, art, gaming, and slow living. They already make place-based content as a craft, not as a side effect.
Blend Crew
Our paid student-creator cohort program, now on Cohort 02. Structured missions, mentorship, and paid partnerships. This is the engine we plug Atmosfy into.
Blend Studio
Our content arm. Formats, training, and quality control. It turns a brief into a repeatable content system that hundreds of creators can execute.
India is Atmosfy's second fastest growing market. 100M+ locations video mapped globally, 20,000+ cities, and 1 in 3 users posting content. The model works. India can be its biggest expression: more cities, more density, more daily moments worth capturing than anywhere else.
Our community
Blend creators are young, mobile first, and already filming the places they eat, perform, and hang out in. What they lack is a platform that rewards showing up. What Atmosfy gains is quality density: trained creators posting consistently from the locations that matter.
To be upfront: we have not done this before, and no community in India has run a rollout like this with Atmosfy. We would build the playbook together, start small, measure everything, and scale what works.
The Idea
The First Community Rollout of Its Kind in India
One loop, run on Blend Crew rails. Creators go out, capture live video at real locations, earn stamps and travel credits, and compete as cohorts and campuses. Atmosfy's reward system already exists. We supply the organized demand for it.
01 · CAPTURE
Go live from real places
Crew missions send creators to mapped locations: street food lanes, cafes, gigs, campus fests, markets. They post live video on Atmosfy, in the moment.
02 · STAMP
Stamp the city
Every post earns stamps in the Travel Passport. Cities fill up. Creators build a visible map of where they have been, post by post.
03 · EARN
Get rewarded for showing up
Credits land on content value, not follower count, and redeem against Expedia, SeatGeek, and GetYourGuide rewards. Our creators do not need to be influencers to earn, which makes the program viable for student creators.
04 · COMPETE
Cohorts and campuses compete
Leaderboards by cohort, college, and city. Weekly winners get spotlights, drops, and Crew points. Friendly competition keeps posting consistent week after week.
Mock Content
How It Would Look, in India
Mock videos produced by Blend Studio to show the format and tone. Vertical, live, first person, from the places young India actually goes.

What Gets Created
Eight Tracks Mapped to Atmosfy Categories
Each Blend track maps directly to a content vertical on Atmosfy, so the community covers the full range of places and experiences.
FoodsStreet food lanes, late night eats, cafe culture, regional thalis, food festivals. The densest content vertical in every Indian city.
MusicIndie gigs, open mics, club nights, college battle of the bands. Live video is the native format for live music.
Film and MediaCity stories, neighbourhood walks, hidden spots, event coverage. Trained eyes for what makes a place worth visiting.
FashionStreet markets, thrift hubs, pop ups, and designer studios, from Sarojini Nagar to Colaba Causeway.
Art and GamingGalleries, street art districts, gaming cafes, conventions, and exhibitions, the spaces where young India spends time out of home.
Slow LivingParks, heritage walks, weekend escapes, and wellness spots, useful for travelers as much as locals.

Crew Integration
Atmosfy Becomes a Mission Inside Blend Crew
No new behaviour to invent. Crew already runs on missions, points, and showcases. Atmosfy slots in as the place-content mission layer.
Weekly stamp quests
Every cohort week includes an Atmosfy mission: a theme, a neighbourhood, a minimum post count. Stamps and credits earned count toward Crew progression.
Leaderboards and spotlights
Cohort and campus leaderboards on stamps, watch time, and city coverage. Top creators get featured in Blend channels and Atmosfy city feeds.
Studio quality loop
Blend Studio trains formats, reviews a sample of every week's posts, and feeds learnings back. Quality stays high as the network grows.
Creator Hub
Ambassadors Managed Through Creator Hub
Creator Hub is Blend's member platform. Every ambassador in this program operates from it, which gives the rollout a single operations layer from day one: one roster, one mission board, one source of reporting.
Onboard
Each ambassador gets a Creator Hub profile mapped to their track, college, and city. Atmosfy onboarding, content guidelines, and account linking are completed as a checklist before the first mission.
Deploy
Atmosfy missions go out as structured briefs: theme, neighbourhood, deliverables, deadline. Ambassadors accept missions in the Hub, so we always know who is covering what, in which city, this week.
Track
Posting activity, stamps earned, and locations covered are logged per ambassador. Leaderboards and the weekly report to Atmosfy are generated from this data, not collected manually.
Pay and retain
Stipends, bonuses, and reward drops are settled through the Hub with proper invoicing. Inactive ambassadors are flagged early and replaced from the waitlist of their own college where possible.

Illustrative view of the mission board format used to run this program.
Indian campuses run a dense calendar of events through the year. Each one is an opportunity for live, geo-tagged video at scale.
Fest takeovers
Cultural fests, tech fests, and sports meets covered live by ambassador squads. One fest can produce hundreds of geo-tagged videos in a weekend, and fest season runs most of the year.
Stamp rallies
City scavenger hunts around each campus: 10 locations, one weekend, prizes for full passports. This format converts first-time posters into regular weekly posters.
First on the map
Launch drops where a college works to put its neighbourhood on Atmosfy first. Founding-creator status, exclusive badges, and recognition that draws interest from nearby campuses.
Inter-college challenges
Delhi vs Mumbai vs Bangalore city feed challenges. Monthly themes, public leaderboards, and winners announced on both Blend and Atmosfy channels.
Creating the Moment
How We Build Launch Momentum
Founding 100
The first 100 Indian creators get founding status: numbered badges, early access, and a say in how the India playbook evolves. Limited founding seats give early joiners a reason to commit.
City race weeks
One city spotlighted each week of the pilot. Creators flood it, the feed fills up, and the recap content becomes the case study for the next city.
Reward drops
Credit multipliers, fest ticket giveaways, and partner perks announced inside Crew channels first, so updates reach creators directly through the community.
